Located on the Wine Road, between vineyard and mountain, Ribeauvillé is a lovely village which has known valorize its historical patrimony. At the Middle Age, the village was the Ribeaupierre family’s siege. Three fortified castles were built during the siege of the Ribeaupierre, their ruins still exist and majestically dominate the village and the surrounding hills.
